Legislation passed in the Republican Controlled House and Senate, signed by Governor Rick Snyder in 2012, redistributed large portions of Michigan’s Tax Revenue payments from Corporations and Business by dipping into the pockets ofMichigan Middle, Lower Economic Class Residents and Seniors. This part of our series will detail how the changes will result in a tax increase for approximately 80% of Michigan’s residents.
